This policy covers puzji.com, the company website of Puzji Infotech LLP, including project inquiries and career applications. Contact info@puzji.com with privacy questions. Product websites, including Puzji Games at game.puzji.com, have their own policies.

Information you share

Our project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, and message. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Career applications may include your CV, experience, project links, and availability.

Please share only information relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in the website form.

How information is used

• To respond to inquiries and discuss potential projects or partnerships.
• To review career applications and communicate about relevant roles.
• To operate the website, diagnose delivery problems, and reduce spam or abusive submissions.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a service contract or confirm an appointment. Project and employment arrangements are agreed separately.

Website storage and technical information

The website saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it through your browser’s site data settings. The company website does not currently include advertising pixels or a third-party audience analytics script.

The inquiry endpoint uses IP-based rate limiting to reduce abuse. Hosting and email systems may also process technical details, such as IP addresses, request information, and delivery logs, as part of operating these services.

Service providers and external links

The website is hosted on Netlify, and inquiries are delivered through our configured email service. These providers process information needed to operate hosting and email delivery. External sites, including LinkedIn and our product websites, apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry and application information may remain in our email systems while we respond, assess opportunities, or maintain relevant business records. To ask about information you shared, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a career application, email info@puzji.com. Include enough context for us to identify the relevant communication. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable record-keeping obligations before responding.
